Obituary
William Murphy, 39, of Mahanoy City, passed away July 29 at his home.
Born in Hartford, Conn., Jan. 13, 1971, he was a son of Erline Christie and Richard Murphy, Mahanoy City.
He had also lived in Bristol, Conn., Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and Mahanoy City since 2001. He had graduated from Central High School in Bristol, Conn.
Surviving are a son, William Murphy; a sister, Jane Agnes Witham, Chesapeake, Va.; two brothers, Charles, Mahanoy City, and Richard, Alfred, Maine; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
