Victor G. Ball Jr., 78, of Jefferson Hills (formerly of Mahanoy City, Pa), passed away on June 23, 2016.

Son of the late Victor Ball and Florence Ball (Truskowsky).

Vic was an Air Traffic Controller for the US Air Force stationed in Alaska. He was employed by Atlantic Richfield Corporation. Vic was an avid fly fisherman and hunter, a lifetime member of Trout Unlimited, and spent cherished time with his family and friends at Pap Pap's Cabin and The Big Pine. He gave much of his time to Allegheny Fly Tiers and enjoyed volunteering for Healing Waters.

Loving Husband to the late Joanne M Ball (Buchanan); Father of Beth Ann Ball Schneider, MD (Frank) and David C Ball (Lori); Grandfather of Nicholas Schneider, Brooke Ball and Sidney Ball; Brother of George Ball, Betsy Day, Lucille Sullivan, Michelle Haldeman, Mary Wohnhass;

Vic was a devoted Grandfather to Nick, Brooke and Sidney and he will be greatly missed by his cat Buddy.
