Tara Rose (Birchman) Quiroga, 41, passed away suddenly on March 2, 2024. A loss felt deeply by those who loved her. Tara was born early on January 27th, 1983 to Maureen and Scott Birchman in Huntingdon Valley, PA. When Tara was five, her sister Kaitlyn came into the world and Tara was the best big sister ever since.

The most giving soul, who loved hot wings, a cold beer, and trips to Cape May. She often volunteered at her local homeless shelter and would always jump in to help someone in need if she could.

An incredible high school athlete excelling in field hockey and softball, and any other game she tried. Tara would win even the carnival games that are set up for you to lose.

Tara joined the Marines right out of high school and it was her pride and joy until April 19, 2008 when Kacey Rose Quiroga was born. Tara was so proud of Kacey and would talk about her amazing daughter any chance she could, she was the most affectionate Mom.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Maureen, and many other loved ones along the way.

Tara Rose is survived by her daughter, and truest joy, Kacey Rose. Her little sister Kaitlyn, her nephews who she spoiled rotten, Owen, Milo, and Romulus. And her Dad, Scott.
