Samantha Blashock, 22, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Sunday, June 22nd, suddenly, at Schuylkill Medical Center South Jackson, Pottsville.



Samantha was born in Mahanoy City, PA on April 1, 1992. Graduated from Mahanoy Area in 2010.



She is survived by her mother Sherry Tiboni, step-father Ryan Richards, sisters Brianna and Marissa Blashock, grandparents Richard and Karen Tiboni, all from Mahanoy City, Esther Blashock from Virginia, uncles, aunts, and cousins. preceded in death by her father John Blashock from Barnesville, Great grandparents Frank and Betty Tiboni from Mahanoy City and Jack and Phyllis Morgan from Minersville.
