Ruth Heisler, 87, of Palmerton, PA, passed away Tuesday, April 13th, at The Palmerton Nursing Home, Carbon County.

Ruth was born in Tamaqua, PA on July 12, 1933, a daughter of the late Miriam (Bensinger) and George  Houser.

She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church Lewistown Valley.

She was employed by Atlas Powder and M&S Hardware Tamaqua.

Ruth attended Tamaqua High School.

She was the wife of Clyde Heisler and preceded in death by her first husband Charles Delp.

Ruth is survived by four daughters, Cheryl Cresswell, Lynn Snyder, Lori Koehler, and Sandi Naso.

Ruth is also survived by two sisters, Gladys Bolton and Rita Bensinger.

She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Charlene Delp-Archer, a brother Harold Houser and a sister Ruby Knot.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at Calvary Evangelical Cemetery Lewistown Valley.
