Robert J. Pupko, Sr., 78, of Quakake, PA, passed away Thursday, July 10th, at St Lukes Miners Hospital, Coaldale.

Robert was born in Quakake, PA on May 13, 1947, a son of the late Helen (Rogosky) and John Pupko, Sr.

He graduated from Mahanoy Area High School class of 1965.

He was a Heavy Equipment Operator.

Bob Loved Fishing, hunting, and trips to Upstate New York, and his daily retirement meetings with his buddies.

He was the husband of Holly (Garber) Pupko.

Robert is also survived by a daughter, Holly Marie, wife of William Richmond, of Still Creek; a son, Robert Pupko, of Delano; a sister, Nancy, wife of  Bob Wagner, of Middletown; a brother, Jack, husband of  Diane Pupko, of Quakake.

He is also survived by granddaughter Sarah Richmond and companion Tanner Kehl, New Ringgold, grandson Robert N. Pupko, and several nieces and nephews.

His preceded in death by a brother David.

Bob was a hardworking and selfless individual. He would have given you the shirt off his back and the buttons, too. He was a simple man; quiet yet funny, and always able to make you laugh. The world is definitely dimmer without him here.

Interment private at convenience of the Family.
