Richard Leslie Shadler, 63, of Patriotic Hill Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Saturday, September 17th, at his residence.
Richard was born in Harrisburg, PA on May 24, 1953, a son of the late Velva (Kehley) & Nora Shadler and Daniel Shadler.
Richard graduated from Hialeah High School in Florida, and attended trade schools for Welding and Mechanics.
He served in two tours in the U.S. Army Air Force.
Rick had worked Sorins Scrap yard in Shenandoah, A&E & Jeld Wen in Ringtown and then ran Ricks Crafts where he made Bird Feeders, Lawn Ornaments and made hand crafted Deacon Benches.
Rick was a member of the American Legion in Frackville.
He was the husband of Virginia (Bryk) Shadler.
Richard is also survived by a daughter, Jammie Shadler, of Santa Ana California. two sons Richard Shadler Jr., of Lehighton; David Shadler, of Patriotic Hill; and Grand Daughter Destiny Shadler, Nieces and Nephews.

Interment will take place at the National Cemetery Fort Indiantown Gap Annville, PA.
