Peggy Kerestus, 65, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Monday, August 5th, at her residence.

Peggy was born in Youngstown, Oh on October 23, 1953, a daughter of the late Lena (Huff) and Elrie Pringle.

She graduated from West Hazleton High School class of 1972.

She worked most recently at Mahanoy Area School District.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael Kerestus, and her children James and Estelle Kerestus, of Minersville; Karrie Kerestus, of Mahanoy City; Kathleen and John Watkins, of Bear Creek Twp., Joel Kerestus, of Mahanoy City; and by two sisters, Patricia Woerner, of Graham NC; Jackie and Wendell Herbert, of Milton DE, and brother, Al Pringle, of Muskogee OK.

She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.

Services will be private.
