Obituary
Mary Laukaitis, 94 of Mahanoy City died Sunday at Saint Catherine Medical Center, Fountain Springs.
Born in Nesquehoning, April 14th, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Mader) Latsko.
She was a member of a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alphonsus Laukaitis in 2003, two brothers, John and Michael Latsko, four sisters, Evelyn Basilico, Helen Mitchell, Elizabeth Yuhas, and Ann Feher.
Surviving are a son, Edward and his wife Carol of Mahanoy City, two sister in laws, Sophia Latsko, Ashland, Elizabther Latsko, Malvern and may nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 11AM on Thursday Sept 9 .
Friends may call Wednesday evening 6 - 8PM and Thursday 10am at the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home Inc. Mahanoy City.
Interment at St Joseph Cemetery Mahanoy City, PA. where a White Dove will be released in her memory.
