Mary A Jocis, 97, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away Sunday, September 15th, at Keystone House Hospice Philadelphia.
Mary was born in Philadelphia on November 15, 1915, a daughter of the late Caroline (Zakrzewski) and Francis Syriacki.
She had worked at Crown Cork & Seal Company Philadelphia.
Attended Catholic High Schools.
She was the widow of Edward Jocis who passed away in 1992.
She is survived by a nephew Pete Yodis and his wife Patti of Tamaqua, and a great nephew Joe Yodis and his wife Colleen.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 10 AM on Friday, September 20th, .
Friends may call Friday 9 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish.
Interment will be in Skyview Memorial Park Tamaqua, PA.
