Obituary
Margaret Marshall, 81, of 16 S. A Street., Mahanoy City, died Sunday morning at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Born in Saint Clair, June 2, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Lagaza Futchko.
She lived most of her life in Mahanoy City.
She was a 1943 graduate of Saint Clair Hight School.
She had worked for Jackson Sportswear, Minersville, for several years. She last worked for City Shirt, formerly of Mahanoy City.
She was a member of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Mahanoy City, and had been a member of the parish Rosary and Secred Heart societies.
Shewas preceded in death by her husband, Edward, in February 1997; a son, Joseph, in 1987; and brothers, Edward, John, Joseph and Andrew Futchko.
Surviving are a borther, Stephen Futchko; sisters, Isabelle Brown, Boyertown, and Dolores Smith, Saint Clair; neices and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 AM friday from Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home Inc. Mahanoy City. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM Friday at Assumption BVM. Friends may call from 6 to 8PM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Casimir Cemetery, Mahanoy City, where a white dove will be released in her memory.
