Linda Kay Wargo, 63, of Mahanoy City died Thursday evening at the SMC East Jackson Street, Pottsville.
Linda was born in Mahanoy City, PA on June 5, 1950, a daughter of the late Doris (Thompson) Lutz and LaRome Lutz.
She was a 1968 graduate of Mahanoy Area High school and was a popular waitress having worked at several local restaurants. She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcuta RC parish Mahanoy City.
She is survived by her husband Stephen Wargo by two daughters, Tonya Wargo and her companion Tom Bubnis, of Mahanoy City; Trisha, wife of Elmer Davidson, of Mahanoy City. She has two sons Steven A. Wargo and his wife Kim of Brandonville and Joshua L. Wargo of Mahanoy City.
Linda is also survived by a sister, Jennifer Wonsock, of Minersville, and a brother, James Lutz, of Barnesville.
She has 8 Grandchildren Michael, Emily, Erin, Steven, Allison, Kolton, Slayden, and Kensi plus Nieces and Nephews
Funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 AM from the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home followed by Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 11 AM with Rev Kevin Gallagher and Msgr. Robert Wargo officiating.
