Obituary
Joseph L. Sokoloski, 72, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Monday, July 7th, peacefully, in Gilberton.
Joseph was born in Hazleton, PA on February 5, 1942, a son of Elizabeth (Paytas) Polumbo and the late Alphonso Sokoloski, and step son to Dr John Polumbo New Ringgold.
He was of the Catholic Faith
He served in the U.S. Navy.
Joseph is survived by a son, Phillip Waitley, and by
three sisters, Claudia Tomushunis, Sandra Frost, Lisa Bigus, and
a brother, Paul.
He is also survived by 1 Grandchild Jordan, 1 Great Grandchild Aila, nieces and nephews.
Services are private at the convenience of family.
