Joseph Flickinger age 55 of Mahanoy City passed away Saturday January 19 at the Schuylkill Medical Center East in Pottsville.
He was born in Park Place Mahanoy City the son of the late Edward and Flora Fowler Flickinger. and was preceded in death by stepson Ramon Selbi.
Joe loved the song "Hey Jude" by the Beatles.
He is survived by brothers Edward C. and his wife Margaret of Shenandoah, Leroy and his wife Robin Shenandoah, Eli and his companion Maggie Port Carbon, by sisters Darlene and her husband Paul Novatka Shenandoah, Flora McCauley Danville, Ellen and her husband Ron Dubritsky Iowa, Barb and her husband Walter Jurgill Ashland, Doris Flickinger Shenandoah and Betty Rector Shenandoah.
Also surviving is his loving companion of 30 years Patricia Selbi and step daughter Anna Selbi and her fiance Barry Curtier, grand-daughters Alexis and Ashley and by nieces and nephews
Service will be at the convenience of the family and burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
