Joseph Byczek, 70, of Gilberton, PA, passed away Sunday, June 11th, at his residence.

Joseph was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 26, 1946, a son of Marjorie (Duffer) DeVincentis, of Mahanoy City and the late John Byczek.

He worked as a Concierge at the Sterling Plaza in New York City where he retired in 2003.

He was the husband of Palma (Cervo) Byczek.

Joseph is also survived by two daughters, Theresa Emily, LenaRose, of Mahanoy City; two sons John, of Mahanoy City, and Joseph, of Gilberton; and by a sister, Loretta Byczek, of Las Vegas, and by 1 Grandson Nathan Michael

He is preceded in death by one sister Donna Feliciano.
