John Brown, 24, of Minersville, PA, passed away Sunday, March 9th, peacefully, at his residence. .

John was born in Coudersport, PA on September 1, 1989, a son of Dorothy (Reese) and Norman Buchanan

He was a member of New Minersville Fire Company, and former member of the Humane Fire Company Mahanoy City

John is also survived by four sisters, Jennifer, wife of Brandon Starks, of Minersville; Iva, wife of Mike Roberts, of Coudersport PA; Holly, wife of David Duell, and Charity Duell (buchanan) of Shinglehouse PA; Five brothers, Norman Jr., husband of Maria Buchanan, of Clarksville TN; Charles Buchanan, of New York NY; Gary, husband of Amanda Buchanan, of Olean NY, Jacob Duell (Buchanan) of Shinglehouse, and James, nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
