Joan M. Boner, 55, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 9th, at her residence.

Joan was born in Barnesville, PA on February 24, 1960, a daughter of the late Esther (Fritz) and Donald Steinheiser.

She was of the Protestant faith.

Graduated from Mahanoy Area Class of 1978.

She was currently working at the Cocoa Hut in Mahanoy City.

Joan is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Boner, of Mahanoy City; a son, Jason, husband of Lara Lee Boner, of Heckscherville. Joan is also survived by
two brothers, Donald Jr., of Minersville; Joseph, also by 2 Grandchildren Aidan and Sophia, Nieces and Nephews.

Religious Service at Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Mahanoy City, at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, February 16th, with Rev John Reid officiating.

Friends may call Tuesday 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
