Jane Elizabeth Wronski, 72, of Harrisburg, passed away Tuesday, March 15th, at Harrisburg Hospital.
Jane was born in Buck Mountain, PA on September 20, 1943, a daughter of the late Catherine (Curtis) and Charles Wronski.
She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish Mahanoy City, PA 17948.
Jane worked for and retired from the Pennsylvania State Department of Health.
She was a very devoted member of St. Margaret Marys Alacoque Parish in Harrisburg. She also loved to play Bingo, and socialize with her friends and neighbors. She enjoyed traveling. She was an avid fan of Notre Dame. Jane was soft spoken and had a generous spirit. The lights in heaven are shining a little brighter. She will be greatly missed.
She had graduated from Mahanoy Area High School class of 1961.
Jane is survived by a brother, James C. Wronski, of Mahanoy City, and by nieces and nephews James, Richard, Colleen, Charles Wronski and Debra Vasel, and by 9 great nieces and nephews, 4 great great nieces and nephews.
Jane is preceded in death by brothers John Wronski and Joseph Curtis. Also by Nieces and nephews Joe Curtis, John Wronski Jr. Jennifer Ann Wronski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 11 AM on Monday, March 21st, with Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher officiating.
