James Polusky, 35, of Shenandoah, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025, at his residence.

Born in Mahanoy City on July 25, 1990, he was the son of Edward Polusky II and the late Annalisa (Bowers) Polusky.

James was a 2008 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School.

He is survived by his son, Brycen Polusky, of Ashland; a brother, Edward Polusky III, of York and his Uncle Jeff Bowers of Mahanoy City.

James is joined in death by his grandparents, Peter and Ilsa Bowers, both of whom played a loving and instrumental role in raising him.

James will be remembered for his big heart, sense of humor, and huge smile, which could light up any room he entered. He also had a deep passion for writing music, which brought him peace and allowed him to express his creativity and soul.

Friends and family may call on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM,

Interment will be private.
