Obituary
Elaine F. Sargent, 50, of Gilberton, passed away Thursday at Schuylkill Medical Center South Jackson, Pottsville.
Born in Ashland, she was the daughter of the late William Lafey and Joan D. Faust Lipshaw.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James, a daughter Brooke, and two brothers, William and Thomas Lipshaw
Elaine is survived by three sons; Scott of Shenandoah, Derrick of Pottsville, and Kurtis of Shenandoah; six sisters Brenda Fishburn of Ashland, Lois Sanders, Donna Bowen both of Shenandoah, Sandra Tutko of Mahanoy City, Helen Tyson of Gilberton, Mary Ramer of Halifax, and many nieces and nephews.
Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
