Obituary

Mr. Edward Brylewski, 86, of New Boston passed away Friday, December 9th, 2011 at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville, PA.

Mr. Brylewski was born in New Boston, on November 18, 1925, the son of the late Stefan and Mary (Valkosak) Brylewski.

He was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish Mahanoy City, PA.

He served in the U.S. Army as a Private First Class in WW II.

He had worked for the local Water Company.

Edward had belonged to the American Legion Post 74 Mahanoy City, loved Antiques, breeding Dogs and was a general Outdoorsman.

He had graduated from Mahanoy Township High School.

He was the husband of the late Theresa (Huboski) Brylewski.

Surviving is a sister Cynthia Burda and grandchildren Danielle Merlino of Mays Landing NJ and Trevor Golden of Weeki Watchee FL. Nieces and Nephews.

He is preceded in death by a daughter Anita Golden in 2003, a brother Stephen, and sisters Marie Brylewski, and Adelaide Stockmal.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 10 AM on Tuesday, December 13th, with Father Gallagher officiating.

Friends may call Tuesday 9AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish until time of service.

Interment will be in Skyview Memorial Park where a White Dove will be released in his memory.
