Dorothy A. Gimeno age 84 of Mahanoy City died Friday morning at the Schuylkill Medical Center East Norwegian Street Pottsville. A life long resident of Mahanoy City she was the daughter of the late John and Dora ( Wartcik ) Krall. Dorothy was a graduate of Mahanoy City High School, she worked in the local garment industry and last worked as aid at the Broad Mountain Manor in Frackville. She was member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta RC parish in Mahanoy City and the Jednota Slovak society. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers John, Steve and Michael Demko, and by sisters Helen August, Katherine Anceravige and infant sisters Anna Demko and Theresa Krall. Dorothy is survived by her husband Theodore, and daughters Patricia Linderman of Reading, Judith Boczkowski of Mahanoy City and Cynthia Humanick of Bruceton Mills West Virginia. She has a brother George Krall of Wilkes Barre, a sister Mary Lehigh of Palmerton and a sister Patricia Ritsko Schuylkill Haven . There are seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Friends my call at the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home and Crematory Mahanoy City Tuesday evening from 6 until 8. Funeral will be Wednesday 9:30 am at the Funeral Home, mass of Christian Burial 10 am at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta. Interment will be in Sky View Memorial Park Hometown, Tamaqua.
