Dorothea Ihnat, 62, of Royersford, PA, passed away Friday, December 22nd, at Phoenixville Hospital.

Dorothea was born in Mahanoy City, PA on May 31, 1961, a daughter of the late Dorothy (Petruska) and Emery Ihnat.

She was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church Mahanoy City and attended St Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring City PA.

She graduated from Mahanoy Area High School in 1979, and graduated Penn State University in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

She worked in Human Recourses for Becket & Lee LLP Attorneys at Law. Malvern

Dorothea loved her Penn State football, and her family.

She is survived by Cousins John Petruska, Greg Petruska, Mary Mulligan, Theresa Cwikla, Joseph Petruska, Michael Petruska, Mary Walter, and Helen Lake.

Office of Christian Burial and Divine Liturgy at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City, at 11 AM on Thursday, December 28th,  with Rev. James Carroll officiating.

Friends and family may call Thursday 10 AM at St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church.

Interment at St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery Mahanoy City, PA.
