Donald E. Hasara, 78, of Boynton Beach, passed away on Friday July 27, 2012 at Hospice of Palm Beach County in JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL. Mr. Hasara was born on August 4, 1933 in Mahanoy City, PA, the son of the late Olga and Andrew Hasara. Mr. Hasara attended Rutgers University and was a retired executive of The Hoechst Celenase Corporation in Bridgewater, NJ. He retired in 1988 and moved to Boynton Beach in 1990.

Mr. Hasara is survived by his two sons Darren (Christine) Hasara of Milford, NJ and Donald (Rosemary) Hasara of Phillipsburg, NJ; four grandsons and one granddaughter; his loving sister (Patricia) Leo Androconis of Greenwood, IN. He was predeceased by his brother Cyril and sisters Barbara, Joan and Sylvia.

A visitation will be held at 11:00 on Saturday August 04, 2012 at Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. in Mahanoy City. A funeral mass will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday August 04, 2012 at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church. An entombment will follow at St. Mary's Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery.
