Derreck Anthony Forker-Leso Was Born March 23rd, 1993, Son of Deborah and the late Todd Forker,  Derreck passed away suddenly on Sat March 30, 2024 in his home in Mahanoy City, Pa where he resided with his Mother and Step-Father & little brother

Derreck was preceded in death by his Father, Todd R Forker , His Daughter Addilyn Jessa Forker , His Past fiancé Brittany Zelinsky  & Paternal Grandparents Edward Forker Sr & Virginia & Lee Crosley and  Maternal Grandfather James Dougherty Sr , Great Grandparents on both sides. Also by Aunts Helene Grutza , Tracy Richmond , & Jessy Katarina, Jody & Ginny Forker And Uncles Adam and Bruce Forker , Uncle Robert Babarsky , his cousins, Gregory Leso &Tyler Dougherty. He is survived by his Mother, Deborah Forker and his Stepfather Nicholas Forte Sr , His Current Fiance Lacey Coleman & Their Beautiful Children Aspyn & Orion Forker-Leso Who were his entire world & best friends , Derreck Loved them More then anything. His Maternal Grandparents Jack  & Cathleen Leso who also were his second parents  & helped raise him since birth & He loved Dearly , His Paternal Grandmother Denise Forker Sr , His Step Grandfather Bob Forte Sr & His Stepbrothers,  Nathan Forker- Leso  ( His little buddy  Caillou) & Nick Forte Jr and wife Amy and their son Nick III.  Austin Forte and wife Amber. Bailey Forte and wife Kourtney.  His Previous mother in law Gina Hart & Father in law Dean Zelinsky & Grandma Sandy & Rockey  & His Current in laws n laws who he loved dearly his Mother & Father in laws  Colleen & Mick McClain &  Tom Coleman , Brother & Sister in Laws Hunter & Brionna Coleman , Tierney Coleman & thier Grandparents Mr & Mrs Sullivan who Derreck Loved like His own Grandma & Grandpa, His Uncles Timothy Leso, James Dougherty & wife Krista Dougherty, Patrick Leso & wife Valerie Leso. ,Nathan Forker & wife Alexis Forker , Edward Forker Jr. Lucas Forker, Ricky Crosley, Joseph Kase ,August Polster, & Shaun Rogers. Scott Donlin & Rich Camerato, Aunts, Shanna Forker, Denise Forker jr & Jennifer Forker , Barbara Dougherty, Sonya wanko , Andrea Babarsky , Leslie Leso, & Felicia & husband John Michael , Colleen Marushak & her husband Rick , God Mother's Theresa Kaufman & Dina Quinn & God Father's Bill Mooney &  Shawn Herman & His God-daughters Zeliah Grutza and Jessa Forker, God-son Liam Several Cousins & Friends.

Derreck was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved playing guitar & Going Fishing with his Grandfather Jack & Teaching wrestling. He was also "dad" to his fur babies whom he loved like they were his children. Derrecks Children Aspyn & Orion were who made his life complete. He will be missed by many as he touched the lives of so many people he always knew how to make you smile.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Truskowsky's Funeral Home 300 West  Center St in Mahanoy City, on Friday April 5th 2024.

Immediate family can call from 5-6pm & Others From 6-9pm. Funeral Services for Saturday will be announced Friday.
