Obituary
Catherine "Honey" Hollenbach, 84, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Saturday, December 13th, peacefully with her daughter at her side, at Schuylkill Medical Center South Jackson, Pottsville.
Catherine was born in Lebanon, PA on February 21, 1930, a daughter of the late Anna (Welikonich) and Peter Gerasinovich.
She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish Mahanoy City.
She worked for and retired from City Shirt Mahanoy City.
She loved music and attending concerts with her daughter, loved Nature, trips to the shore and Bingo at the West End Fire and Rescue Mahanoy City.
Attended Local Schools.
Catherine is survived by a daughter, Cheryl Hollenbach, of Mahanoy City;
Catherine is also survived by three sisters, Ann Waiksnoris, of New Boston; Marie Miller, of Sykesville MD; Velma Nancy John, of Mahanoy City. a brother, Steve Geras, of Reading, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a niece Debra Earley.
Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Teresa and Interment will be in Skyview Memorial Park Tamaqua will take place at a later date.
