Mr. Calvin Price, 75, of Mahanoy City. passed away Sunday, May 20th, 2012 at Schuylkill Medical Center East Nowegian, Pottsville, PA.
Mr. Price was born in Quakake, PA on August 11, 1936, the son of the late George and Hazel (Bowman) Price.
He was a member of St Pauls Church Mahanoy City
He was a painter, and also worked for 17 years at Shenandoah Rag.
Attended Local Schools
He was the husband of Jean (Zimmerman) Price.
He is suvived by a daughter Joan Price at home, and sons Calvin Jr at home., William of Mahanoy City., James at home, and sisters Patricia Price of Hamburg., Sharon Longberger of Mahanoy Plane., Jackie Seibert of Shenandoah, and brothers George of Mahanoy City., Raymond of Lost Creek.
He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by a brother Donald and a sister Shirley Flail
Religious Service at Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Mahanoy City, PA, at 10 AM on Wednesday, May 23rd, with Rev John Reid officiating.
Friends may call Wednesday 8:30 to 10AM. at Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. Mahanoy City
Interment will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery Association Mahanoy City, PA.
