Obituary
Beatrice Davis, 87, of Morea, passed away Sunday at Shenandoah Manor Nursing Center.
Born in Morea, Sept. 22, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Simon and Mary Wabbles Polinsky.
She attended Mahanoy Township schools and last worked at Russell Williams Dress Factory, Mahanoy City.
She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Roman Catholic Parish and the former St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Mahanoy City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Davis; a daughter, Joanne Lubish; brothers, Edward and Joseph Polusky.
Surviving are a son, William Davis, Morea; sisters, Mary Howard, Phenix, Ala.;? seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City. Friends may call at the church from 9 a.m. Friday. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mahanoy City.
