Anna Mae Kasacavage, 81 Henderson, Kentucky, Died Wednesday December 24th, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Henderson Kentucky.
She was a life long member of Holy Emmanuel Slovak Lutheran Church in Mahanoy City.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Vincent J. Kasacavage, who died January 20th, 2003; her parents, Stefan and Anna Bumbal; and one sister, Joan Ellen Bumbal.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth S. Kasacavage and his wife, Debra, of Henderson, Kentucky; two daughters, Amy Rich and her husband, Bill, and Karen Kasacavage and family friend, Pamela Tautner, all of Lexington, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Stefan Wiggins Kasacavage and his wife Alexis, and Emily Anne Kasacavage, all of Lexington, Kentucky, and Hillary Rich Herring and her husband, Will, of Johns Island, South Carolina.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, in Henderson, Kentucky. Dr. David F. Leslie will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Emmanuel Slovak Lutheran Church Cemetery in Mahanoy City where a white dove will be released in her memory.

Interment services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Emmanuel Slovak
Lutheran Cemetery, Mahanoy City, with the Rev. Mindy Heppe officiating.
