Mary Styka, 91, of Mahanoy City, passed away Sunday at home.

Mrs. Styka was born in Mahanoy City, Aug. 7, 1920, a daughter of the late Andrew and Helen Zabrosky Simanaitis.

She graduated from Mahanoy City High School.

She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Cal- cutta Roman Catholic Parish, Mahanoy City.

Mary worked at Eagle Shirt Factory and as an LPN at Rest Haven, Schuylkill Haven.

She was the wife of the late Edward Styka.

She is survived by a son, Stanley Lazaravage, Mahanoy City; a granddaughter, Tara Lazaravage; and a great-grandson, John Michael Levernier.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, Mahanoy City, at 11 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Kevin Gallagher officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at 9 a.m. Thursday at Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. Interment will be held at Skyview Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
