Mrs. Emma L. Jennings, 95, of Mahanoy City passed away Sunday, May 20th, 2012 at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehab, PA.

Mrs. Jennings was born in , on October 23, 1916, the daughter of the late Theodore and Emma (Hassel) Rush.

She was a member of Primative Methodist Church Willkes Barre PA.

She had worked at Paul Burger Associates Wilkes Barre.,

Was a member of the Womens Garment Workers Union

She was preceded in death by husband John Jennings.

She is survived by daughters Carol Jennings of Mahanoy City, and Emily Hergert of Sommerville NJ. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. She was the last remaining member of her immediate family.

Friends may call Wednesday from 1:30 PM at the Louis D. Truskowsky FH & Crematory Inc Mahanoy City, PA. A religious service will be held at 2pm.
